Tormented Square is an arena that surrounds the great Immoral Tree, in the Battle Core realm. At times, evil monsters are born from this Tree! Warriors, from all realms, can come to this arena to team up and train their skills against the evil monsters!

How To Participate

• Access the Battle Core Server.
• Talk to NPC Levine.
• (*if a party of players is joining the mini-game, the party leader must talk to the NPC)

Level Restrictions

• Stage One: Level 200~400
• Stage Two: Level 401~500
• Stage Three: Level 501~650
• Stage Four: Level 651+

Event Times

• 21:00 UTC
• 22:30 UTC

Game-play

• The arena is large, but there will be 200 monsters in the arena at one time.
• There will be 6 waves of monsters, lasting 2 minutes each wave.
• There are 30 second breaks between monster waves.
• When a wave of monsters ends, all monsters will disappear
• Each wave of monsters consists of:
  • 200 Normal monsters
  • 10 Golden monsters
• When a normal monster is killed, another monster will spawn.
• Golden monsters will not respawn.
• As time progresses, the monsters will change and difficulty will increase.
• Steps to win the event:
  • Survive the entire length of the event (15 minutes).
  • Earn the most mini-game contribution.
• It is recommended you make a party with other players to maximize event contribution.
• Golden monsters will earn teams the most event points.
• Every 3rd, and 6th wave a special monster may appear that can be killed for rewards:
  • Monster name: Chaos Goblin
  • Possible reward: Goblin Box
  • Skill: Teleport
  • Each attack only deals 1 damage, per attack.
  • Reward is prioritized to the character which dealt the final damage.

Mini-game Contribution
Teams earn event points per normal monster kill, based on the number of members in their party:

• Solo: 9,500 Hunting Points
• 2 member party: 6,500 points
• 3 member party: 5,167 points
• 4 member party: 4,250 points
• 5 member party: 3,500 points

Teams can earn a larger amount of event points, per normal monster kill, if all party members deal damage to the same monster:

• Solo: 9,500 points
• 2 member party: 13,000 points
• 3 member party: 15,500 points
• 4 member party: 17,000 points
• 5 member party: 17,500 points

Teams can earn huge amounts of event points by killing golden monsters:

• Golden monster: ? points

Rules

• General:
  • Minimum 3 teams; maximum 20 teams
• Game-play:
  • Parties allowed, and suggested.
  • Allowed to buff other players.
  • If a player dies, the player is removed from the mini-game.
  • If a party's leader is disconnected during the mini-game, all party members will be removed from the mini-game.
• Restrictions:
  • No players with PK status allowed.
• Notes:
  • No penalty for player death; items not dropped on death.
